For the past few months, my friends, Micah Sherman and Alex Gallafent, and I have been working on a follow-up sketch comedy album to Lampshades and Ottomans.
Last Friday we met to wrap up some details on the script and also record this sweet vine video:

Had a really fun three camera shoot for Solve Media with the "Man of 10,000 Voices," Michael Winslow (Police Academy, Spaceballs, Gremlins). Great guy to work with and very funny.
Taped it in front of a live audience of 10 kids on couch cushions. Had flashbacks of my camp counselor days... but I think I kept my cool better than I did as a 9th grader. Also, the kids were better behaved and weren't hitting each other in the face with sticks in 100 degree weather... so that helped.
Looking forward to releasing the video. Should be out soon.

Spending Time With...Cory McAbee
After several years of living in the same city and never speaking to my good friend, Julie Miller, we finally got to hang out again. She recently invited me to help shoot for her new web-series: "Spending Time With..." Each episode Dale Seever of Dale Radio spends time various personalities around the city. In this first episode he spends time with filmmaker, Cory McAbee and covers everything from butter puppets to... I think butter puppets is probably enough of a reason to watch.

Schtick A Pole In It
For the past few months I've helped Dan Goodman and Joanna Ross shoot their "Schtick a Pole In It" Pole Dancing/Comedy Show.
It's pretty much as ridiculous and fun as it sounds.
The next show is:
This Saturday, April 27 @ 8pm
R Bar - 218 Bowery, Manhattan
More info here.

New Short Social Media Documentary
Had a great time working with Eric Newman of ENEW Films to help shoot and edit this short documentary for Iprex and Makovsky Integrated Communications.
The whole weekend was definitely very interesting and informative and explained quite a bit about social media.
The main message I took away from it was to experiment with different social media platforms and figure out what works for you. As Sree Sreenivasan, the Chief Digital Officer of Columbia University, said, "Be early testers and late adopters of technology."
Recently I've started playing around with Vine and casting unknowing family members as characters in my short twitter films. So far I've mostly succeeded in annoying my family, but still having fun figuring out what Vine can offer that normal video can't.

WAH-NEE PRIDE DOCUMENTARY
Got the opportunity to work with Eric Newman of ENEW Films and help edit the trailer for his new documentary, WAH-NEE PRIDE. It's a great sports story involving tradition, mentorship, and brotherhood. If you have a moment, please check out the kickstarter page for more info and the trailer.
